Prosci Launches Advanced Training for Change Practitioners

Prosci, the globally recognized leader in change management, has launched its Certification for Advanced Practitioners. This new offering is the capstone to Prosci’s advanced training programs—the Model Mastery Series—designed to enhance the skills of Prosci Certified Change Practitioners, allowing them to elevate their skills and tackle more complex change challenges. Upon completion, participants will become a Prosci Certified Advanced Change Practitioner.

Prosci Expands Global Presence With Acquisition of Faculta

Prosci and Faculta are pleased to announce that our two organizations are becoming one. Prosci has acquired Faculta through a commercial transaction, and Faculta will now be known as Prosci throughout the markets it previously served. These markets include Mexico, Spain, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Panama and Costa Rica.

As the world protests the killings of Black community members and demands social justice, we have been listening to and learning from Black leaders, educators, colleagues, friends and family.

Change is being demanded. Prosci believes change is needed. We believe Black Lives Matter.

We don’t know the answers, but we do know change. We know change management can produce meaningful outcomes and a better future. This is what we know to be true of change:

Change happens one person at a time.
Change starts with understanding why.
Change requires a personal choice that is driven by personal motivators and larger societal motivators.
Change necessitates knowing how to change.
Change happens by building new capabilities and demonstrating the ability to present yourself in a new way.
Sustained change needs to be reinforced with mechanisms, measures and celebrations of success.
